Looking Back...
As we close out our first official year in business, we are grateful for the opportunities we had to help insurance agents pursue operational nirvana. It was a busy year at MCJ’s headquarters, aka our home in South Boston.
We developed monthly financial reporting tools
We simplified the process of managing commissions
We built a framework for an agency’s playbook
We coached and supported agents as they leveraged new technology
We implemented a commercial insurance proposal template
On a personal level, it has been exciting for us to explore working together as newlyweds. You can read more about what we do here, or more about our nuptials here.
