The following was my first ever newsletter, which was sent to 119 unsuspecting family, friends, supporters, clients, prospects, & more on April 3, 2023.
I have had two newsletters since, which I will also be posting, and I plan to write more here about my perspective on small business knowledge management. Stay tuned! Hi there! Flashback to Black Friday when the only thing I purchased was this email marketing product (flodesk, which I love) with the intention of sending a monthly newsletter starting in January 2023. Now I finally did it!
First of all, thank you for being one of my OG subscribers!
My hope is that this newsletter will serve as a source of inspiration, education, and connection. A space that is full of the good stuff—articles, blog posts, resources, the latest happenings in my corner of the universe and so much more.
My work is all about making things like onboarding, servicing, + processing easier for independent insurance agencies so they can focus on developing their team and growing their book of business intentionally. Auditing an agency's operations and documenting them in an accessible + enjoyable way is a tall task, but that's what I love to do! I want my clients to feel confident about leading their agency like a coach and I want them to feel good about what's getting done in their daily operations…and what isn't.
I want this to be an email that you truly look forward to reading when it pops into your inbox, whether you are in the insurance industry or not.
